Photography

These days, professional photography is the standard. That said, we happen to use the absolute best professional real estate photographer in the state. This isn’t just someone from the office that knows how to use a high end camera. Our photographer is a trained professional in real estate photography. He knows what angles best show off your kitchen, and how to utilize the natural light to make your home feel open and bright. In a nutshell, his full time job is to make the houses we list look absolutely breathtaking to potential buyers.

Aerial Photography

Other agents can tell you they do drone photos. We also do drone photography, in fact, everyone on our team has an FAA drone license. A bit extreme? We don't think so. All of our team is licensed because there are times that we use our drones to show buyers properties via video tour. However, drones can only do so much and Alaska has some complicated airspace, restricting the use of drones for photography. No sweat. Sitting in our hangar we have the #BoldCopter for those spots that we can't get a drone into. 

 

This kind of aerial photography brings a whole new perspective to real estate photos and they differentiate your home from anything else on the market. We truly believe that you have to make a great first impression when selling a home, and with aerial photography, that “WOW factor” is in full effect.

Interactive 3D Tours

While our photography is stunning, we don’t just stop there. To make your home stand out even more to potential buyers we are one of the only companies to have a 3D tour camera.

 

On photography day, our on-staff virtual tour specialist will walk through your house with our 3D camera and digitally map your home. They will use specialty software that will allow them to create a 3D tour of your home, allowing buyers to literally click their way through a virtual showing.

 

This technology is next level incredible, and we include it on every one of our listings, whether it’s a $22,000 mobile home, or a $5 million mansion.

Lifestyle Video

To round out our “Digital” approach, we create a full lifestyle video for your home. Think of it as a commercial for your home that will allow buyers to envision themselves living there.

 

We have found that buyers who can connect to the home and the area that the home is in are more likely to move quickly, and often times pay more than those that are not emotionally connected to the home.

 

Just like with our photography and our 3D tours, we have a professional on staff. Our cinematographer and producer are the absolute best of the best. They understand what shots and footage will create a bond with the viewer and tug at their emotions.

 

Most of our videos get anywhere from 3,000 to 5,000 views within the first couple of days after they go live. That’s a whole lot of eyes on your home in just a short time.

Since our photography team will be taking world class photos of your home, it only makes sense that we show those off to the world. While some people would argue that mailing out information on your home is old and outdated we disagree. We send out stunning just listed postcards to the neighbors in your community because we have found that often times your neighbors will know someone that is interested in moving to your community and will pass the information along to them.

 

Neighbor to neighbor marketing is very powerful, and we take it very seriously, both online and offline. Not to mention, think about how many emails you get in a day. Now think about how many physical pieces of mail you get each day. We bet you leave more unread mail in your inbox than your mailbox. However, while others consider syndicating on the MLS the only step in their marketing plan, for us, it’s just one tiny step in our overall marketing blitz.
