I cannot express enough how grateful I am for Brett Baker and the Baker Team. Purchasing a home can be an overwhelming process, but they turned it into an unforgettable journey filled with excitement and joy. From the moment I met Brett, I knew I was in good hands. The entire team went above and beyond to make me feel supported, informed, and valued throughout the process. Brett and team were excellent. He listened to my preferences for location, hone type, lot size, and price range and only linked me to homes that matched my criteria. He had great info and perspective on the local market and I felt well represented trying to close at lowest possible price. He also is involved with the whole process and has great referrals for qualified inspectors and any contractors you may need through. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a home or lot in the area.

We've had the pleasure of dealing with Brett Baker (a little bit) and our real estate agent Aurora Shiveley (primary contact) at The Baker Team. So my review is directed more towards Aurora. From first meeting her, the home viewing, the negotiations, the inspection, and now moving into the closing stage...she has gone above and beyond in helping us with this process. I'd ask her questions, and she would have an immediate, accurate response. During this home buying time, we had a previously scheduled vacation. She reassured me that she would keep me informed of the process, and she did. A lot of things nowadays can be done over the internet, Aurora explained this to me before we left. She kept in contact with me via emails, text messages and an occasional phone call. I could even sign documents via the internet using a special program they use. Our vacation was lovely, and we still progressed while I was gone. No stress whatsoever for me, and that was amazing! We're closing next week and are thrilled beyond belief. I would highly recommend Aurora Shiveley of The Baker Team....she knows her stuff! A little shout out to Brett Baker ~ he came to the rescue one morning when Aurora couldn't get the printer to work while printing off our paperwork. He traveled from Kennewick to Richland as quickly as he could, and literally raced up the stairs to get things figured out. Now that's service! Brett sold my house in two days for a bit more than asking price. Full stop. The entire process was extremely easy on my end. What impressed me the most was the photography, videography and planning that went into the marketing of my home, all of which proved to be extremely effective. Brett is a very high energy person, and this translates into high powered representation during the marketing and sale of a home. I do not typically provide recommendations, but I would not hesitate to recommend Brett or the Baker Team to friends or family.

My husband and I have purchased 2 homes from Brett. The first thing he did was to sit down with me and my husband to pinpoint exactly what we were looking for in a primary residence. We discussed the must haves including neighborhoods, our target budget and deal breakers. He previewed homes using our specifics.. In the showings Brett hit the nail on the head so to speak, with the properties we saw and was able to answer all our questions and concerns. He was extremely savvy when it came to knowing the area. We loved that he recommended local activities that we might enjoy, as well as restaurants, local businesses and so much more. We are thrilled with our new home. We recently purchased an a 2nd home/ investment property from him. Brett is personable, caring well prepared and honest. He made buying real estate a extremely positive experience. We highly recommend him when purchasing a home or investment property.

Finding a home to buy is stressful, selling a home at the same time is even more stressful. But working with Brett Baker and his partner Auroura made it easy!! They answered any and all questions we had in a very timely manner, always got us into houses to look at fast and were great negotiators when it came to putting a bid on a house and getting things done fast! It was such a pleasure working with them and I highly recommend working with their team. We love the house we bought, and later on in life when we are ready for another upgrade we will definitely be using them again!

We lived in our house since we built it back in the 90s. After our divorce, it was a very scary and emotional time for me. Brett was there for me through what was the most enormously emotional experience one could ever imagine. He called his photographer, stager, and showed me how he intended to get the most money he could for me. It’s hard to wrap your head around everything that he does, because it’s so much more than anything I’ve seen an agent do. Clearly it worked. Within 2 weeks a buyer brought a full price offer. It was a very pleasurable experience. They made the whole process very easy. Before I got the keys to my house apparently it was left somewhat of a mess and Aurora and Brett personally cleaned up for me and then had a cleaning service come in and clean up the rest. They truly care and it has been a pleasure.

I did not work directly with Brett but with one on his coworkers Aurora. Aurora was very honestly, willing to give her time and respectful of our wants and needs. She did not seem frustrated or annoyed no matter how many houses we did not like. She always found more to show and was available any time we were.

brett was great. i tried to sell my own home, it didn't work out so well. got tired of doing ti my self so I called him after I saw one of his open houses in the area. he got a lot of people to see my house quickly. i had an offer in a day for more than i thought would happen. very honest very nice guy. i would recommend.

Brett was referred to us by our sister-in-law. We bought the home sight unseen. Brett was so incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. It was a tough time to be buying since there were so many buyers out there looking at the same homes we were. We found this home and knew it was a great fit. Brett drove over at 8am to VIDEO the entire property and sent us the video so we could see the house. We wrote the offer and he coached us through he multiple offer situation that we ended up in. He pulled the numbers on the house to make sure that we didn't overspend the value of the home. We got the house, made it through the inspection with minor repairs needed. He had one of his contractors come out and give us an estimate for the repair cost, and had it setup to be done right after the house closed. Everything closed on time, and we moved from idaho over to the new house a week after closing. Brett is far from your run of the mill agent. He truly cares about his clients and goes well above and beyond what you would expect.

I had listed my home for sale by owner after a really bad experience with another agent. Brett reached out to me a few times but to be honest, I didn't want to work with an agent. After ovre a year with my home on the market, i finally called him. He assured me that he wasn't like other agents - to which he was 100% correct. He had his photographer come out and take pictures of the house and then did whatever it was that he did for marketing. To be honest. I don't know what it was he did, but we had 3 offers by the end of the first day. So how do I feel about brett? I walked away with almost $22k more than i would've if I sold on my own. He had the home sold in a day in Horn Rapids. He had more showings in a day than I had in over a year of doing it myself. So yes, brett earned the 5 stars.

I was an incoming graduate student at WSU. I was looking to buy a home, knew nothing of real estate or how to go about it. I met Brett in line at the grocery store. He made the process seem easy. He was very responsive and helpful and answered questions completely. I'm pretty sure I called him at some of the worst hours (sorry brett,) somehow he always answered, or returned my calls promptly. My husband and I met Brett at one of his insanely massive open houses. We waded our way through the people that were walking through the home and Brett introduced himself. My husband and I talked that evening and decided to relist with Brett to see if he could get our home sold. Brett is the example in which other agents should act toward their clients. He doesn’t sugar coat anything. It is very straight and to the point, which we needed after being on the market for a half-year. He goes above and beyond what we had ever seen a realtor do. A drone that came and took a video of our home, the video tour for the website, a stager that helped us open up the flow of the house, a professional photographer to take the photos, and then the neighborhood marketing. He threw us a huge open house like the neighbor down the street had and then showed us the results afterward. We had over 110 people that visited the home that day. 3 offers were written the following day. Bret walked us through the negotiations and ensured that we got the most we could. We ended up selling for $3800 over what we had originally listed with the other agent for. My husband and I cannot say enough about Brett and his team. They really are the best at what they do.

I have used brett on 4 transactions now (2 buying, and 2 selling) I will honestly never use another realtor. on multiple occasions we have had issues with appraisals, inspections, and other things and he has gone to bat for me and worked them out every time. hes not the type of realtor to give you unreal expectations on what your house is worth, but he will get you top dollar. just a great realtor with a great team.

Brett did a great Job selling my house, and with the purchasing of my new home (which I am loving!) He was VERY proactive in becoming my agent, he always made sure I had the best and most recent pictures of my house while on the market. He is extremely knowledgable about todays housing market. He was always available for questions and always kept me updated, giving me helpful and beneficial feedback from showings etc... He sold my house relatively quickly in my opinion and got me the best offer and top dollar! Although the purchase of my new house had some bumps along the road through no fault of Brett's, he was always pushing people to get things done.
